SEC Approval will be a "formality" - The SEC will process Dr Dalton's Application in a timely manner as I am sure Dr Dalton has had all the SEC Paperwork ready (and has probably been at the SEC) and was just needing the last detail of Medicare Approval.
Since we are talking about a Conglomerate that will be valued at a minimum of 5 Billion Dollars ($4 per share), this needs to be verified by the SEC as this is a huge amount of money.
As soon as the SEC has verified the value of the Conglomerate - we will launch on the NasDaq.
