Yes Generex is something special and it can take 4 or more weeks. Personally, I think that CEPI is no longer an issue and that we still have a mini opportunity at BARDA. Although no, due to the current urgency of the pandemic, I am all the more surprised that 60 days or so is not enough to make a decision.
