Yeah, by all calculations on their guidance, we should have heard something by now. But I would guess, if there's commentary going back and forth (which might be a good sign that we didn't get an outright 'No'?), Joe wouldn't have to tell us until a final decision is made one way or another. At which point he would have to 8-k the final decision, as it couldn't be much more material than these funding attempts!
