Reading that article, let's hope that GNBT is in the category of "in active negotiations with BARDA". GNBT may have decided they can't wait forever, so gave it 2 more weeks before holding the CC. The fact that Joe is quiet and not posting anything makes me think there is still hope. If they really thought they were completely out of the running you would think they would have already filed the S1.
