It is amazing how corrupt the MM's are. The level 2 quotes showed the ask at 0.014 and a size of 54k. So I went ahead and put in a AON bid at 0.014 for 18k and it did not get filled but the 54k shares disappeared two minutes later and the ask changed to 0.017 with a size of 10k. The lack of oversight from the SEC really makes you think that the corruption permeates through the entire stock market. I would love to see a block chain system take the whole system over.
