I saw the $BCAP Ask at $0.0007: Only 2.5M shares from ETRF and NITE. Then $0.0008 
$BCAP can't PR news until the 3Q2012 is released, but somethings have happened between then and now.
49M share volume is pretty healthy for this company. The entire share volume in January 2013 was only 72M.
