These wells that we are turning on, are they going

These wells that we are turning on, are they going to flow at these rates for a long time or just a short one? If they will flow for a while, why have we waited this long to turn them on. Not being negative and maybe you don't have the answer. I just don't understand why if we could have had this production for a while and all we needed was a little man power to do some minor maintenance, why we are just now getting to it. I understand why drilling takes time to get started, but not maintenance. This is GREAT news that we are getting these wells flowing, just wondering why we left them down for so long and the answer may be that the wells needed to build up so they could flow for a while. This is a common practice of Oil and Gas companies, let a well build up, open it flow it until it goes down and then repeat.
