CDiddy, I believe the slowdown by Cytodyn and the FDA is because it would be a horrible thing for Leronlimab to become the new, fantastic Standart for Care for Covid-19 when there isn't enough of the drug on hand to meet the expected rush of demand for it.
You mention 75,000 needing it in the short run. That would be 300,000 vials needed to treat just that many. How many vials do we still have and how many will we get in the first partial delivery from Samsung? We are way underwater in our ability to delivery what is needed here and around the world.
