David Christensen took over as CEO here at the end of May last year. Lans was already terribly behind in filings, in debt, and lacked the needed direction to get us moving forward. He brought investors, experts, legal, accountants and rallied to bring us back from the grave. As it turns out, fate was already sealed when the SEC decided to delist without warning and left us all dumfounded. Dave fought back, and helped us find a new financial vehicle to recover some of our losses and take on our convertible debt. Very few people would have done all that, especially after not getting paid, and then vilified, even threatened by the mob of conspiracy theorist. Most people would have just walked away and moved on. So, we are extra pleased to see him takeover MSSV and get this GSCG deal done. Dave is multilingual, been to 50+ countries, and has set-up operations all over the world, with a specialty in Latin America. Benito and Dave are a great combination and we can’t wait to see this all happen.
