The real truth about the CE Mark.
Okay, the guy who took care of the CE Mark had recently retired. Unbeknownst to Andy, the CE Mark had not been renewed. Money was an issue at the time. The CE Mark had lapsed before in previous years and they have always been able to file "last minute" to renew. Rules have changed since the last renewal and they we not granted the CE Mark. Now, fast forward to the pandemic. Renewals are back logged. Back logged BIG TIME and poor little old BIEL has to wait in line...and wait...and wait.
Now, I am under the assumption the OEM's CE Mark will validate their shipments. Not 100% sure but that's my assumption.
Hiccups along the way? Granted, but I am convinced we are on course for the prize. Plus, we're going to help a lot of people with pain. Non- addictive too.
