Could be a fundamental rise, irrespective of any Reports. There has been huge consolidation of the float. Over 1.8B shares have traded at $0.0004 or higher since October 2012. For anyone to turn a profit, the price has to move up ticks. One of the major benefits of knowing there's no dilution for at least another 16 months
