-NP has been silent for weeks. Very uncharacteristic (part of a plan or being advised by others?)
-Mentioned that "surprise for shareholders"
-We are in process of engaging with an IB
-We are in the process of trying to meet uplisting guidelines
-In the end price is still above where we were before he mentioned "surprise for shareholders" so no harm/no foul to long timers
I don't know this world well enough to say I understand all the pieces...BUT...this idea actually connects the dots.
Whereas a seller who wanted to offload shares to take profit made a "sloppy sale" as TechGuru pointed out.
Will be interested to see if some sort of PR or SEC filing comes out after hours today.
In the end it is all noise...none of our catalysts have gone away and the science is still beautiful #notselling
