It’s easier to predict price levels than timing. Once a big structure like this is in place the corrections tend to revisit support levels of earlier major corrections and tops. Two weeks ago I got the parabolic channel upslope perfect but it started a week sooner than expected and even I didn’t fully believe or wouldn’t have sold anything at $4.5. (My Romanian trading partner has a timing method he did say July 1st +- 1 day as turning point but he hasn’t explained his timing method to me).
But I would presume $12+ comes after the news. And $12+ is the conservative level could go straight to $15 or more after major news pickup. But you can bet there will be huge plunges like this on the way up to scare the bejesus out of those million people who opened free trading accounts this year!
