There was a group that tried to do a pump with TPAC about 1 1/2 years ago now, they didn't succeed, and I doubt you will either.
There are too many shares, you are better off picking a dormant ticket with fewer shares.
There is no way you pump through the billions of shares in the float to even get to having a bid, let alone get this past .0002
