I expected that Joe would draw down the money as needed for testing. I never expected anything else.
But to establish the company is worth a billion means that he has to persuade investors that we have the real deal. Technology that will provide a reliable vaccine. It is a hard thing to do since most infections, Avian Flu, Swine Flu, SARS have disappeared too quickly to get on to a Phase II or Phase III trial.
But he might be able to get a trial done for $50 mil, and prove we have something.
