With respect to Rule 144 sales, all shares bought during last years warrant offer (40 cents and 1.5 shares) turned one year old in mid June so long term gains on sales.
Good to change hands from people who are probably over their portfolio risk percent for CYDY to new (hopefully big time) investors that are in a comfortable risk level with a must higher basis.
I think this is good for the stock.
