I think it may only delays a raise . And that’s ok . The obvious is ,,, less dilution with higher stock price . The other variables that would definitely stop a raise is major revenue starting before the end of the year . Or upfront cash from licensing . I would welcome a small raise here to get balance sheet in order and another after listing if needed . If both raises were to total 50 million additional shares I would say that’s tremendous business management . Current amount left on the authorized ???
