I have a suspicion that Doc has purchased many shares on the open market and has retired them. Acting as his own TA he has full control. Regardless of what the Float and OS are I am 100% certain that they are shareholder friendly. Tight float, locked and loaded. First leg about to begin. Second leg (Euromed) right around the corner.
