Fred, I believe that step is a ways off for NNLX. First the partner would have to develop the kit, test it, then apply for emergency approval. That IMO is at least a couple of months away. Even these antibody tests are giving false positives and negatives. The FDA is acquiring a list of all the tests given emergency approval that don't work as advertised to tell hospitals to stay away from them. Some will be investigated for simply rushing a product through the approval process then making some quick big bucks...of course it all falls back onto the FDA. I hope Dr. Rogers can find us a viable partner that is well known to give us more visibility and credibility...Battelle would be a great start for testing as we've worked with them before as has Rogers. Second wave? What second wave...according to the administration. The ostriches need to pull their heads out of the sand...all of them and get a reality check. Fouchi even said if we get a vaccine it most likely will only be 70-75% effective...and if this virus mutates it will be worse...just like rolling the dice with the flu shot...which one will show up.
