The spikes on Covid-19 have the same genome of HIV-1 gp120. If Brilacidin can pierce Covid I’m sure it can pierce HIV-1. That being said, I don’t know what it will do once it gets inside.
Covid-19 was also found to respond better to HIV antivirals. Does this mean the Brilacidin could one day destroy HIV. Maybe! IMO
