But actually, this person has been around for a long time, mostly on Twitter. I do believe they are a shareholder, just frustrated. Join the club. Not a single long that I have talked to virtually or in person, let alone any company insider, is happy with the share price or its performance. I think if we all had the foresight to sell at $18 and buy back at $0.75, I think most would have. The only people that could honestly say they are happy are the ones who have never bought until now, or have a large cash position and buying large positions. Not sure why that is a foreign concept.
But if they are frustrated now, waiting for a lower price to buy back positions that were sold after the S1 came out, I wonder how frustrated they will be if that lower price never comes. Perhaps it will, but perhaps not.
No where in that S1 that was filed does it say at what price or when. No where in that S1 does it say definitively who will be buying. No where does it say products can’t launch or major news won’t come out prior to shares being sold. Additionally, no where does it say that Verb management feels it is a value add to sell a substantial portion of the company near all time lows. In fact, I don’t think that is their intent.
But that all is just my opinion. And only time will tell.
