Try this exercise. Simply insert Obama's or Clinton's name wherever you see Trump's name in this story, or in Helsinki when Trump said 'i don't know why (the Russians) would interfere'.
Then start crying 'deep state smeer' or some other RW nonsense to dismiss the charges. In other words you wouldn't question either instance.
You simply can't do the exercise. Your brain, such as it is, just fibrillated as you read the above.
