Let's apply some common sense here.
Under current guidelines, an employer can not force and an employee to take an antibody test.
An employer can REQUEST an employee to take the antibody test.
An employer can DEMAND that an employee take several viral test a week even if the employee has recovered from the virus.
If you were an employee what would you do, subject yourself to viral testing 2 to 3 times a week or volunteer to take the antibody test once.
(Note if the worker show no antibodies to the virus they will be required to get multi test weekly in order to work.)
