I believe these are all options exercises. Nothing more. Reason being, it states $6.15 as the conversion price of each. They likely all exercised the same award and sold. Many executives do this on a planned, regular basis.
I hope everyone is safe and well, I’m still holding 50,000 from .35ave. I’ve sold 150,000 with about a $4ave sale price, will sell 25,000 more @ $10 and hold the rest indefinitely. I have a strict plan I follow about position size as a percentage of networth....I’ve violated it several times during the course of holding this stock.
