All States Under Emergency Federal Management now. What you think? Trump have the balls to challenge ?
The seat of President and VP is a National Election and or Federal Election. State voting laws do not apply. PERIOD !!! as there is a Congressional Electoral College.
The catch 22. Under Emergency Federal Management the Executive is in charge. All State requested and received this. Therefor all Governor's serve at the leisure of the President. Governor's can select their States House and Senate representatives. I wouldn't want to piss off the "Bully Pulpit" if I was a governor. Refusing a Federal order under Emergency Management is sedition. Therefore you can be removed.
