It’s certainly nice to have two shots on goal for success. Although I have read the different ways Lero obtains a successful p score, it seems that anything we accomplish beats remidisvir, and I don’t recall it having any p score at all. What if our trials obviously beat remidisvir but have a bad p score? Just extend the trials?
Also, when can top line results be given out? Next week? And would they basically state how many deaths etc so we could infer from there the likelihood of success? Waiting till July is hard to do.
Based on your superior answer which makes sense to me, I believe that a win in either trial is a win for both. I also believe that the government would help with manufacturing like they did when there was a shortage of ventilators. Appreciate all input!
