Decision should be made by individual investors but if this was mine, I would call my broker, (if I was going to sell any shares & I am not right now), I would ask him to sell my earlier shares I bought to stave off a larger tax bracket of 29 or 27% by selling and clicking a sell, limit order from your cell phone or PC etc. etc. 15% is much more palatable in my opinion to sell those earlier shares one bought say over at least a year ago - GLTU Chazz
