People ask about Gallagher but NHC is an insurance company and through its new subsidiary is selling EndpointLock. So this is basically like that deal and yes it depends on IDentityUSA being successful. But when you look at the whole picture of who is involved it is exciting because if you try to see if it can succeed it surely looks like it will.
