It's to approve another 100m shares ...but NP has already said based in share price he may only use a small.portion for funds
And most of us believe after next week it won't matter
Remember this is to approve the increase but it does not say they are using them....also when we get approval for COVD we will see what other sounding we can get from many other sources or partnerships
