That statement implies to me that Key and Genuine are only offered as "part" of QDX HealthID.

From looking at the website https://www.quantummaterialscorp.com/qdx-platform I see that QMC has 3 product applications for licensing under the QDX Platform brand:

1. QDX HealthID
2. QDX Key
3. QDX Genuine

QDX Genuine is their counterfeit detection for global brands application and can be used as an option with QDX HealthID to verify the test kits used.

QDX Key is their app for verification of individuals' identity when transacting business online and is probably built into or used in conjunction with QDX HealthID .

And finally QDX HealthID is the separate health status app.

QDX Genuine and Key can be licensed along with HealthID, but I think the important point is that Genuine and Key are separate products that can be licensed and used separately.

So there are three separate products for licensing, packaged together or individually.

Companies that don't want/need HealthID are still potential cistomers for the other two QDX Platform products.
