(PINKSHEETS: $SITS) announced today that the Company has completed the final phase of restructuring by changing its trading symbol to SITS and effectuating a forward 2-for-1 split of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to pursue its plan to become a fully-reporting Company and potentially being listed on the OTCQB.
Jason Bell, Chief Executive Officer of Southern ITS International, Inc., noted, "The Company is now positioned to aggressively move forward with implementation of our exciting business plan. The positive changes that we have completed will allow us to expand our presence in our business sector. The Company is in negotiations to increase our business on several fronts.
