1. There is nothing saying there "will be" warrants offered.
All talk that there "will be" is conjecture.
2. Talk that the offering will be at 50% of whatever the prices is at the time is pure foolish conjecture.
3. Saying the price will drop and be cut down isn't being truthful either.
Plenty of companies raising money with share price increase rather than the other.
4. Trying to compare the company’s valuation at what it was to what it is now and come up with a true comparison is foolish.
4. Talking about a valuation now before VERBLIVE goes full live is dumb.
The idea is for it to go Live show the amount of companies that are ready to go live and have a full year of growth under its belt.

There was zero proof that VERB should have been as high as it was then. It was propped up by traders.
