The single biggest difference between CYDY and GNBT is actually what Joe is trying to fix now via the S-1's and preferred share offering. Financing. Since Generex went dark, we have relied on Joe's personal funds, funding from "friends" of GNBT and terrible terms when it comes to raising funds from third parties. On top of that roadblocks have interfered with our ability to move plans forward(FINRA,SEC, CV-19). This has slowed down generating the revenue we expected for operations. I could list a half dozen ramifications of all this but at the end of today, we have shares worth a double nickle.

CYDY has relied on private investors using small and mid size investment houses like Paulson to sell shares with warrant's. Massive dilution occurred for a couple of years but at least everyone could see exactly what was happening. No "bad actors" involved. They even raised funds down in the 30 cent range. I couldn't believe what I was seeing but Dr Pourhassan was extremely open with investors every step of the way, raising funds only as needed for certain projects. I bought common shares as low as 28 pennies believing in his vision and having learned the history and science behind leronlimab. In 6 months or so CYDY went from an virtually unknown 28 cent stock to $6.15 ish. It went from trading hundreds of thousands of shares a day to millions and tens of millions some days.

We have seen similar movement here before. It is possible it can happen tomorrow, next week or in a few months. It may even happen more quickly or more powerfully if it occurs given our much lower float.

Might not ever happen. I know for sure it won't not happen because Joe didn't try his best.
