I think it has to do with how quickly they fill in

I think it has to do with how quickly they fill in the details based on what they can do with it. I mean yeah they’ve been trying for it and paying fees for 5 years so they certainly want it. What we can make out of it however remains to be seen but one thing I believe about Mark is he doesn’t like to waste time on things that won’t have a big payoff potential.
