Im sort of virgin to the intricacies of investing and whatnot so forgive me if this seems trivial or interpreting the discussion on this board wrong, but all this talk about a buyout how does that reconcile with the stockholder meeting on 7/22 to vote on an increase in common stock? Why would there be an increase in common stock if a buyout in eminent? Or why would the buying party even allow that?
