Oasis again. So Oasis is the investor for $40M to GNBT and $50M to NGIO? So timeframe looks to be 7-10 business days to sign deal, S1 files within 15 days after signing, then S1 usually takes 2-4 months, so we are looking at 3-5 months to listing on Nasdaq. Also there is no discount on shares purchased, however there is a limit on a daily basis. If NGIO needs more money that day, then it’s 92% of 10 day average price.
