Plain clothes scouting cars doing recon
Command and control cars providing tactical instructions circling the riots and attacks
Back up assault squads circling ready to strike or reinforce their foot soldiers
During their attacks they employ cell and police radio jammers, leaving their own frequencies open
On the ground during the riots, they form concentric circles protecting their foot soldiers on the inside, useful idiot white girls on the outside
