Mikey, hope you are right. The question I got here how Novitas is going to treat our application? Keep this in mind that they have gone thru our application once before. Is it just reviewing it briefly and make sure corrections were made or starts all over again with expediate schedule!!!!
If it is just to make sure all dots crossed like before we can have approval shortly. It is got to be some kind of provision in their procedures regarding this kind of issues.
I don't wanna see we go back to the end of the line again. DOC needs to say something about this. This is very important. Otherwise you are giving the field to the bashers and bashers have field day.
