I don't recall NP ever saying he would reject a buyout offer that was less than $100.
And, I believe the NBA with the distributor preceded the mention that they "recently" had discussions with a BP that wanted to see the trial results.
Notwithstanding, the accelerated vesting makes complete sense, as a buyout seems to be the exit strategy and the reason for initiating 10-P2 and 1-P3 trials by the end of the year.
