#UNVC Investors: ATTENTION Wellness RX rejec

ATTENTION
Wellness RX rejected by Novitas Solutions on 06/23/2020. According to Novitas, they did not receive, or only received a portion of the requested information outlined in the CMS-855, CMS-20134, EFT application. Thus, if Wellness RX would like to resubmit this application, they must complete a new Medicare enrollment or EFT application.
While this is a setback for Univec Investors, it is not a knockout punch. Without more details, we do not know the specifics of what might have transpired. Therefore, this could be a fairly quick fix, or a months long process.
Here is my take for what it is worth. Dalton seems scatterbrained these days. He first submits one name, then reconsiders and submits yet another. He indicates he and his “group” felt another name change was even better than the first one they started the application process with.
The problem is, this is not the way big corporations typically function. Once a company decides on a well thought out and researched name, they stick with it, and this reduces confusion. If another name change is required at some point in time, then a company will typically telegraph that change well in advance and obtain all necessary approvals long before doing so.
We often talk about Dalton being a “big board CEO.” Well, that may be true, but he is certainly not acting like one. Name changes are never made on a whim. So I suggest we wait and see what the actual problem is and then decide if he or they messed up the name once again. If this sounds like a rooky mistake, you are spot on, and you have every right to that opinion.
This type of delay very likely could have been avoided with a little more care taken during the submission process. We should know more soon, and I personally hope I am wrong --- I would like to be wrong in this particular instance. However, we have seen this before, and only recently. With luck, Novitas will work with Dalton and expedite his approval. Otherwise, who knows.
