This is what’s frustrating to me, outside of the Generex stock price. I have a bunch of shares in a company (NGIO), that literally are worth 0, but the company itself is probably worth a billion or so and Joe refuses to put in a S1 he said he was going to do so it can get uplisted to Nasdaq, where on call after call he has driven the point that NASDAQ is where you get the big investment money at.

For all the excuses in the world, if your company is floundering and you have debt and litigation after litigation, why the heck wouldn’t you get your flagship out there that can get you going full steam ahead??? It’s like he flat out could careless.
