I am in semi-agreement with your post only being an investor for a little over a year now...….but here is my FIVE CENTS worth...…

ANNA stole credibility.....maybe years ago..... that was Joes name on all the 2019 prs……..

So if I understand correctly....which as many as you know....sometimes I don't but other times I DO !!!!!!

1) Early 2019 was the first divi that well if we look at our accounts is the same damn near 18 months later and that PPS I DO BELIEVE is ZERO.

2) Near end of 2019 there was a pr put out by whom...stating that there was a viable company already up to date on filings company that NGIO would merge into and we would see the fruits of that merger.....but I quess that was really ANNA that put out that pr.....

3) YOU are very CORRECT when you state that this pink sheet company has NO CREDABILITY started with anna & JOE has picked right up where she left off and seems to have kept the TRAIN A ROLLIN on the same tracks.....

4) seen Joe point a many of fingers but if we all look....when we point one there are 3 pointing back @ US...….

5) AS pointed out by other posters that they seem to have to keep re-filing paperwork to correct mistakes....my take.....ANOTHER STALL TACTIC...…

TOO MANY DAMN MISSED DATES,,,,,but I anticipate seeing another 8-K later today from some other firm that is willing to help but at this time unfortunately with no funding...…..

LAST but not least.....WTF ever happened with the China deal that was the start up to financial income......I guess we all put that one to the side as another......well OK......ANNA CREDABILITY.....
