An S1 is just an announcement of their plans or hopes to do an offering.
There's no date set.
There is a time limit.
60 Days from the time NASDAQ approves and
The SEC approves an offering.
I believe the clock begins once both have given their approval and responded to VERB.
This is all stuff you can email the Company about.
They know better than anyone on this board or other boards.
Maybe take some time and email them and get back to us with the answer.
Think of all the time that would be saved. Instead of posting so so many times about nothing you could actually post some real hard factual DD.
Everyone here would appreciate that.
The pricing and warrants are unanswerables now, thats why there are left blank.
