Now that you are talking up a fun storm. Maybe an S -1 is good thing. Most of us know nothing about this type of financing. Possibly Red or one of the smart people on this board can educate a less intellectual on this filing. Yes, I do read , but have no idea how long it takes. I do know we ate working as of now ...this summer very diligently on the faster platform.. I also know any new tech stuff costs money and the folks that are capable of doing these things as private contractors do not come cheap.
My big question is ..could the fund raising come in higher than one or two dollars by what analysts feel our current worth is now. If I am climbing the wrong corn stalk let me know. I never worked as a stock broker in that area for any firm I was with..including season E F Hutton. My time was spent in selling securities and reading about financial value current or past in stocks..plus what could explode because of innovative ideas.
Currently we are being knocked around a bit by I would think individuals that are purely stupid on many parts of verbs DATA.
