curious if you ever listened to a CC?
if so you'd recognize that the *content* discussed is only good for time of the CC
(CC = conference call) .. this is SOP .. it's like the SAIC *report* .. it was totally valid
for the days specified in April 2012 .. clearly aspects *MAY* have changed .. some of
those aspects *changed* were discussed at the last AGM .. lastly, the co. was distancing
itself from the *leak* >> suspect that PR was also written by corp counsel >> courtesy
of the SEC's *negotiations re: settlement*
i have to ask about comfort level .. clearly the constant fussing indicates discontent
which makes me wonder why an investment isn't entered when proof of concept exists
for one's 100 percent satisfaction ... short of wanting a better entry point .. (trading)
it's difficult to understand the emotional back and forth .. we get the info when the co.
files or PRs it .. next round of info *known* is the K due out in mid March ... JBII is a high risk
investment (it's not a high risk trade with the sec settlement) with the potential for tremendous
reward .. but there are no guarantees .. in the rigged casino known as the US stock mkt .. i'm
an old school style of an investor living in a world of *volatility* >> but i actually recognize my
*preferences* .. which is the first step of the process ..
