Been in a company that went on the gray market and know much about that... most of the time not a good thing and unfortunately definitely wasn't with the one I've experienced... crap!
I've also been adivsed 504s are not a good thing when a company/insiders utilize... and that's been proven to me as well, with another... crap!
Oh, and btw, quite expensive lessons in more ways than just $$$$$$....
