Any funding would be great, I agree. A couple of points , I wish they would hire a competent webpage designer and provide a professional website and share the pipeline !! It will also allow the company to communicate any updates without spending PR funds!! I think we have several red flags and concerns. I'm sure the filed S1 funding volunteers have/had more info then shareholders and unfortunately some are in litigation now???? It looks like all acquisitions for cash/2.50 sh must be wondering .......how will that effect future acquisitions......
IMO GNBT shares are on the back burner, NGIO has better chance of listing and higher pps. Of course If Covid vaccine successful it would drag the company out of the mud ........is that the "current" business plan?
Veneto/CMP divis still need to be clarified, ALTUCELL closing still planned? , K.Patel still on board?, AE37 recruitment update and completion date if behind on schedule, cost of clinical trials, MSO revenue estimate, GNBT/NGIO listing dates - understand S1 approval but contiued delays indicate inaccurate application, valuation of both GNBT/NGIO, if BARDA/CEPI not approved does company have sufficient funds to survive?, GNBT reverse split a consideration? Any smoke signals (podcasts) in the work with "accurate" updates?
Maybe restart CBD water production to stay hydrated.
