SEC link to report shorts below. This is not the time to mess with our stability of our stock price when we may be seeking financing behind the scenes to fund our up-listing. Financing will help to limit dilution and that’s in everyone’s interest to keep the price up and stable. I know if I see purposely bad and false rumors being pushed I will file another SEC report and report that person(s). I wonder what happened to the last report I and a few others filed a couple of weeks ago who private messaged me To tell me that they too filed complaints. Could be this and other boards are being watched already? If the SEC is doing their job... some might be inline for 3 meals and a cot already.
