To me, smart executives know their product, market conditions, and prevailing business climate...not to mention their best knowledgeable assessments, as to what the future might hold.

Brilliant top management, have the balls to make moves, sometimes controversial ones, when the factors above, dictate a prime time to pivot.
Many billion dollar, and household name companies, practically arose from the ashes of a stagnant business plan, and economic doldrums, by making a move…. throwing caution out the window, and changing course in a dramatic fashion.

Rory is a master pivoter… bold and aggressive if the need be, yet at other equally effective times, subtle and measured.
The Art of the Pivot

“Times change, technologies change, markets change. To survive, the best leaders realize that their businesses must change as well.”
Because of Covid, the business environment has transformed dramatically...the status-quo is no longer applicable. The technology industry, in particular, has had to analyze, scrutinize and evaluate pertinent developments, and decide whether a pivot in their plans is called for.
A boat-load of companies, have already started the wheels in motion.
bBooth, nFusz, and now $VERB, has demonstrated our CEO’s deliberate decision making, artful maneuvers, and eye-opening course revisions designed to take the company to new heights of success, and the potential to be one of the top players in the sector.
My earliest investment in our company was with nFusz...I certainly loved being a Fuszer! I would definitely have been a “bBoother” if I had been aware of the company, way back when. I’m sure many of you on this board invested heavily in Rory, and his fledgling mall kiosk talent search business venture, over five years ago...amazing to see the progression from that point in time, to where we are today!

Simply an astounding transformation, filled with ultra successful pivots...many of which, I’m sure, were stunningly difficult decisions to make at the time they were implemented. Brainstorming, and weighing differing opinions as to what changes to consider, if any, and which business path to follow.
The entire management team, his board of directors, and shareholders are all involved to some degree , and it’s a good bet they voice their opinions regularly, often vociferously. All of whom he feels accountable to, and at times answers to…. those responsibilities, must be the heaviest of weight on his shoulders to carry.
His level of commitment and dedication to his investors, has been a trademark of this chief executive since his Telx days at the helm. He does what he feels is in the best interests of his co-owners to increase their shareholder value..and that’s the overriding concern dictating his game plan of attack.
Stand pat and hope for the best, or evolve and progress with renewed vigor. My business philosophy is in tune with Rory’s...for sure.
It is up to CEO Cutaia, to ultimately decide to change course and proceed, which he has done, and continues to do, repeatedly, without hesitation, or apologies.
Unequivocally, that’s what a great boss does.
He is one bad-ass when it comes to making the toughest of calls, and dealing with the pressures associated with the process of a substantial business plan readjustment.
One of the reasons I invested originally, was my complete faith and confidence in our superlative CEO, and that hasn’t wavered one iota!

To the average shareholder, (not investor), the added time to redesign, beta test, and implement new software can be overwhelming. Certainly not surprising that most weak kneed impatient ones, jump ship, or revert to nasty trading tactics trying to sooth their frayed nerves...to no avail.
We, as the stalwarts of the company, have the knowledge, perseverance, and confidence to weather the additional time frame needed to finalize a change of plans…..an update to the business model, based on the prevailing market conditions.
What we as “Verbers” are waiting for, will be more than worth it...another classic Cutaia pivot is underway.
Among other new application projects in the works, “behind the scenes”, close to fruition and release, the $LIVE software, and an “entirely new platform from the ground up” are a $VERB focus, and the development team’s priority.
This move is destined to put our company squarely in prime time, with an international footprint, and software portfolio second to none. Our brand will become synonymous with having the finest business software solutions….state of the art portfolio of products, for practically everyone!
The tech world will come to know and love $VERB….I’m highly confident making that assertion, based on my knowledge of our company, the marketplace, and our competition.
The latter just doesn’t have it..we do.
Again, it all lies ahead…..and not far off, shareholder value and company market cap will be commensurate to other techie big-wigs. The future is now, and we certainly control our own destiny, with an enormous up-side potential very much in play!
Instead of bitching about our current PPS, try to stay focused about what we have concoctin’, and cookin’, and how incredible the results could end up being…. IMO, at this point in the journey, life changing isn’t bullshit or a pipe-dream.
