Exactly....the testing so far for B is as an anti-viral (both in lung and kidney cells). Furthermore, that policy apparently became effective on June 2, 2020 so the RBL would likely have known not to apply for a grant if funding was not available. To me it suggests that there may be more funding available for antivirals moving forward. If not through the gov't, a BP or VC will likely step up....I recall hearing something about Pfizer putting up $500M to help with research on C19 for small biotechs...pierce that envelope B!
